Conwy County Borough Council invites tenders from service providers who wish to be considered for providng a maintenance service for the Conwy Harbour Moorings contract over a five year agreement.
The boundaries for this site are Conwy harbour and approach channels from the seaward side. Limits are stated in Conwy Harbour Revision Order 1982.
The contractor shall be required to carry out the works stated in the Specification or any other marine works in an emergency as instructed by the Harbour Master (the Supervisor). It is a requirement of the contract that upon receipt of an emergency instruction, mobilisation and arrival to the site is to take place within one hour of the emergency instruction.
