The Big Lottery Fund (BIG) is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Office for Civil Society. BIG’s corporate internal communications (IC) department requires a London-based copywriter with design support. The first task will be to support the Head of Internal Communications and the Senior Internal Communications Officer to audit our current electronic IC channels (including low-cost employee research) and to make recommendations for improvements in line with industry developments (such as social media) and to consider where efficiencies can be made. The ongoing role will be to provide weekly copywriting support as ‘one of the team’ (including interviewing Board members and senior management) and, depending on the outcome of the audit, to design and produce at least two regular on-brand e-zines that connect to the intranet. The successful bidder must demonstrate cutting-edge experience and skills. The contract duration is for 18 months with an option to extend by 12 months. 3. Responding to the tender:
— click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining),
— you can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification,
— note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT,
