The competition will be separated into four lots to reflect the different sites and services required:

Lot 1 — Guildhall Staff Restaurant

Lot 2 — City of London Police staff restaurant at Bishopsgate

Lot 3 — Barbican and Guildhall School of Music and Drama staff restaurant

Lot 4 — Guildhall School of Music and Drama Kiosks — (for staff/students).

Interested bidders may bid for any or all lots.

This tender exercise falls under the ‘light touch’ procurement regime applicable to services listed at Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102).

This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system

‘capitalEsourcing’ (url:www.capitalesourcing.com).

Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.

The estimated value given at II.2.6) is for the full 3-year duration of the contracts for all Lots plus possible extensions of up to 2 years.

Contract values are estimates based upon subsidies paid by the City to operate the services.

Lot 1 of this invitation to tender (Guildhall Office Staff Catering) requires the contract be performed in the context of a sheltered work programme, as allowed by Article 20 of the Public Contracts directive.
