SE is seeking to establish a Corporate Governance Workshops and Exit Readiness Masterclasses Framework. There will be 2 separate Lots within the Framework:
— Lot 1: Corporate Governance Workshops, and
— Lot 2: Exit Readiness Masterclasses.
Bids will be sought for one or both Lots from suitably qualified and experienced specialists (individuals or firms) to deliver the Workshops and Masterclasses to companies selected by SIB.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
SIB is seeking to run a series of Corporate Governance Workshops for selected start-up and early stage SME’s to provide key personnel (management and directors) with training and oversight of good Corporate Governance and Board Reporting practices, as well as an early introduction to planning and preparing for a future exit i.e. to make exit planning an ongoing focus for the board.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
SIB is seeking to run a series of four Exit Masterclasses per annum for selected SME’s based on their potential to deliver a successful exit over the short to medium term. The Masterclasses will focus on ensuring that the participating companies are fully equipped to appropriately plan for, and ultimately deliver, a successful exit.

4B.5.1 Please confirm whether you already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, appropriate levels of insurance for this contract. Bidders that do not already have, or cannot commit to obtain insurances may be excluded from further participation in this procurement exercise. Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP. Professional Indemnity Insurance — Bidders should state the value that they consider to be appropriate for the contract.

Bidders will be required to provide 2 examples that illustrate their relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. These will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Pass equals providing 2 examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service. Fail equals failure to provide 2 examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service.
Bidders can submit examples in a separate document to allow room to provide details of the service provided.
