Virgin Trains East Coast seeks a supplier to produce, distribute and manage the supply of the Virgin Trains East Coast uniform worn by our customer facing staff. In the first instance, the supplier will deliver a roll out of a new uniform which will be produced from a provided design. There will possibly be future requirements for the supplier to offer design services.

Virgin Trains East Coast currently has approximately 2 100 uniform wearers. A supplier would need to be able to manage the supply and distribution across the whole of the East Coast route. This will include managing the forecasting, ordering processes and systems.
The estimated values below are for the initial 3 year contract.
The uniform will be of a high quality and consist of a range of items which may include shirts, trousers, jumpers, coats, skirts, dresses, waistcoats, scarves, ties, jackets and accessories.
