CUH requires a courier service to provide both regular scheduled deliveries, collections and ad-hoc deliveries. Due to the nature of the services provided by CUH, the ad-hoc courier requirements could be at any time 24/7, 365 days per year.

• controlled drugs
• medicine
• medicinal products (leaches/maggots)

• patient cells in vapour phase liquid nitrogen ‘dry-shippers’
• medical equipment
• medical correspondence
• GP services consumables
• international deliveries.
The contractor must be able to provide both regular scheduled deliveries, collections and ad-hoc deliveries.
