THE ONLY DOCUMENT THAT HAS CHANGED IS THE TIMETABLE* The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is inviting a range of individuals and organisations, across art-forms and methods of science engagement, to propose new works or existing works for our summer 2015 festival programme on the theme of Spices. Summer holds the greatest potential to attract visitors to RBG Kew and inspire them about the importance and wonder of plants, so it is essential that we deliver a competitive, high quality and memorable day out. In our experience this is achieved through exciting collaborations, combining our skills with those of people in a range of creative disciplines to deliver a festival that achieves an optimum balance of experiences for our visitor’s to enjoy.

At this stage we are inviting ‘Expressions of Interest’ – if you think you would be interested in putting forward a proposal(s) for these creative commissions or require further information/ clarification please contact Natasha Ba-Abdullah – N.Ba-Abdullah@kew.org The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 1st December 2014 after which all interested parties will be provided with detailed instructions of how to submit an outline proposal and the basis upon which the selection will be made. We will then be inviting initial proposals with a submission date of 5th January 2015 – a copy of the commissioning timetable is provided for download
