Description of the contract
The Commission for Equality and Human Rights (known as the Equality and Human Rights Commission) wishes to contract with a service provider to ensure a full set of baseline data is available for England and Wales and for Scotland in respect of a number of measures relating to the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW), formerly the British Crime Survey (BCS), and the Scottish Crime and Justice Survey (SCJS), together with follow-up data that show change over time. Suppliers should note that the ‘Open’ Procedure is being used, i.e. this is a one stage process – i.e. there is no Expression of Interest stage. The proposed Timetable is as follows: – Tender Submission Deadline:- 13:00 Monday 10th June; Desktop Evaluations and short listing if required by :- 17:00 Tuesday 11th June; Presentations :- Tuesday 17th or Wednesday 20th June; Contract award :- by Friday 21st June.
