A CRM database is required, with the ability to manage direct feeds from multiple data sources including social media and mobile apps. The solution requires the ability to manage customers at single customer view level and a reporting and analysis tool powerful enough to handle complex multi step queries. The solution needs Integrated campaign management and email deployment modules that can deliver optimised personalisation via dynamic content. In addition, the campaign analytics solution needs to
be able to handle complex queries and analyses in an intuitive way, including open rates, click through history, conversions via cookie tracking and resulting revenue.
