— Development of the brief,
— Obtaining planning consent,
— Managing the professional team,
— Tendering and then entering into the building contracts,
— Construction of the facilities,
— Overall development management and cost control.
It is planned for the construction works to start on site in November 2012, with a completion in October 2013.
