Provision of training to Avanti West Coastfrontline, passenger facing employees. This is approximately 2 300 staff who each need to have 2-3 days training before June 2022.This tender is for the first wave – 2 days per colleague before June 2022. Future waves are optional work and awarding of these is dependent upon on the success of the first wave. Tenderers are also invited to put forward a proposal for phase 3, where it is envisaged that customer experience coaches would travel around the network, touching base with service managers and team leaders following the training to help them to reinforce and embed the key messages from the training with their teams.
