MARKET ENGAGEMENT REQUEST
Doncaster Council is conducting a market assessment to gain an understanding of the current Customer Relationship Management System market, what products are available and to explore and benchmark pricing structure in the market. This market engagement will inform our future procurement plans. Doncaster Council has started to create our specifications for a new CRM system, and we would appreciate any feedback you may have on the attached document. Comments may be made on the Specification document itself and returned separately. We have provided a list of questions the responses to the questions can be submitted via YORtender before the demonstration day – individual appointments will be allocated to organisations and are expected to commence w/c 5th December 2022 via teams meeting.
