The Riverside Group are seeking suitably resourced, qualified and experienced suppliers in order to appoint a Customer Research Provider. The successful candidate would be expected to work with Riverside to deliver a statistically confident annual tenants survey across all customer bases with subsequent follow up work to understand further what drives the results, where potential improvements lie, and the capability to benchmark with other similar organisations. Aside from this standing item there would be a requirement to be able to deliver a number ad-hoc surveys and relevant research throughout the year, often at short notice, and an on-hand advice service via a named individual. The organisation should be able to demonstrate innovative and successful methods in both collecting a range of information from different tenant groups and in supplying this information back to Riverside, who would not only want reports of results and findings but the ability to further view and analyse the results themselves through their own research team, through the means of an on-line portal.
