Central Bedfordshire Council wishes to secure the services of expert external advice to support the Council’s Corporate Management Team (CMT). With limited resources and increasing demand for our services, we know that we need to be more efficient and effective in how we deliver for our residents. The Council requires the awarded provider to set out a high-level (outline) plan of the changes and projects by providing an approach and operating model for customer services in Central Bedfordshire.
This will include setting out a timeline to make the changes and the possible costs and benefits (a business case and project proposal/ investment report that sets out the case for change and how that change can be realised).
