The contract will initially run for up to three years with possible extensions for two further one year periods. The maximum duration of the contract therefore is 5 years.
The contract will include annual reviews and an associated break clause which would be applied if performance has not met the required standards during that year.
The annual value of the contract is estimated at eighty thousand pounds sterling.
