Description of the contract

Hertfordshire County Council, Children’s Services seek applications for the provision of a data collection and analysis service of the school attendance of Hertfordshire Children Looked After. The provider will collect on a weekly basis attendance data from a range of educational establishments as directed by Hertfordshire that are attended by Hertfordshire Children Looked After. These will include both in and out of county provision. The provider will return monthly reports which include an attendance analysis, mark breakdown and individual pupil reports (IPRs). The provider will supply the council with a return report in the agreed form using the agreed Department for Education Absence and Attendance Codes to describe the response received from the relevant source.
