Description of the contract

1.1 Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), here on referred to as the Authority, is responsible for the child maintenance system in Great Britain. 1.2 In November 2012 Help and Support for Separated Families (HSSF) was established to co-ordinate and join-up support services for separating and separated families. This included a series of projects funded under the HSSF Innovation Fund, one of these projects is the “DWP Innovation Fund: Help and Support for Separated Families”. The overall objective of this is to help separated parents to resolve conflict and improve working together in the best interests of their children across a full range of issues. 1.3 This procurement will complement the said existing requirement by collecting, storing and transferring some of the data required in order to facilitate surveys for the evaluation of Innovation Fund projects. To do so the successful supplier will be required to create a randomised unique identifier and attribute this to each of the records, forward the required information to the evaluator and destroy the data once utilised by the evaluator.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for CCS eSourcing’.
