Forestry Commission England had a requirement to log and track action on woodland sites under suspicion of infestation or confirmed infestation with OPM. During 2013 a bespoke Access database with user friendly data entry forms to guide input and reporting was developed to support the 2013 OPM survey and treatment programme. The work to be undertaken will be to develop and maintain the system further in line with requirements from the Forestry Commission, ensuring the integrity of the exiting data is maintained and ensure these changes are completed within agreed timescales. Services will be required to electronically capture areas of concern from these surveys. There will also be further services such as training, advisory services and managing processes in relation to the requirements.
