The Hampshire Hub Partnership has been established to set up a Local Information System (LIS) for Hampshire. It is formed of a broad partnership of public service providers both within and around Hampshire, with Hampshire County Council as lead partner procuring the LIS on behalf of the partnership.
The aims for the Hampshire Hub are to:
– Remove silos and store and publish reports, research, intelligence, information and data about Hampshire from many organisations together;
– Provide users with easy access to a vast evidence base for decision making and monitoring impacts;
– Be more than just a data-sharing platform, offering a new model of service provision and a new culture that will underpin the way partners work together;
– Enable partners to achieve more together than they can currently do;
– Reduce the day to day requests received by the Research and Intelligence teams;
– Provide tools such as APIs to integrate with internal and external systems and applications;
– To enable partners to achieve more together than they can currently do separately.

No special legal form will be required. In the case of organisations applying as a consortia or joint venture, full details for each member is required. It will be necessary for each member to sign an undertaking that they shall be jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the contract. As defined in the procurement documentation.
