Description of the contract
There is a critical business need to make the best use of space in the DECC buildings in London, as we are currently operating at full capacity. Therefore, any suggestions that can be made to improve the existing space is to be welcomed. This could contribute to a better working environment in which the buildings are made a more pleasant place to work and should fit the business need of DECC more appropriately. Whilst we cannot generate any more physical more space, we need this study to confirm that that we are making best use of the limited space that we do have. An independent Workplace strategic Consultancy Study is required by parties who have both a track record and expertise in this particular field, so as to suggest innovative solutions that might not have been previously identified.
