The Defence Equipment Sales Authority (DESA) is holding a supplier engagement event to give suppliers an opportunity to understand the nuances of this piece of work, in particular the novation arrangements and the relationship between the UK MOD and LTU MND.
The date for the event is 27 May 2020, due to the current travel restrictions in place as part of the COVID-19 measures this will be a virtual event taking the form of a VTC. Those organisations wishing to attend this event, should register their interest in by email to Tenga.Davies150@mod.gov.uk the email should be titled LTU Hunt Regeneration Industry Day and received no later than 12.00 BST 19 May 2020.
Exact details of how the event will be hosted will be confirmed via email after you have registered your interest. Due to this differing approach the project team may choose to hold a second industry engagement day, but only if required.

Immediately on signature (or as soon as is practicable) the contract will be novated to the LTU MND.
No work will commence under the contract until novation has completed, if novation were to fail the MOD reserves the right to terminate the contract without liability.
