NYnet 100 Limited (‘NYnet 100’) is seeking to procure a consultant to deliver 3 (three) Business Support Events to help assist with the delivery of the Business Support Outputs which it is obliged to under the terms of an ERDF agreement for ERDF funding it has received in connection with the Superfast North Yorkshire (‘SFNY’) Project. The SFNY Project is a partnership project being led by North Yorkshire County Council to achieve high quality broadband to all businesses and citizens in North Yorkshire by 2017. The Business Support Events must be aimed at SMEs in North Yorkshire and encourage the uptake by SMEs of super-fast broadband being made available through the SFNY Project. NYnet 100 is also looking to add significant value to the expenditure of the ERDF to the long lasting benefit of North Yorkshire. The Business Support Events must be delivered by 31.7.2015.

Interested parties are required to submit the Expression of Interest Form located on the Procurement Portal within 10 (ten) Business Days of downloading the ITT documentation and in any case no later than 4.3.2015 in accordance with the instructions in paragraph 6 of Section A of the ITT Document indicating whether they intend to submit a Tender for Project. Bidders must submit an Expression of Interest Form by 4.3.2015 in order to be provided with individual log in details to the Procurement Portal so as to enable them to submit a Tender. Bidders are warned not to leave this until near the deadline set out above as NYnet 100 will not be responsible for any delays caused by a failure of a Bidder to allow adequate time for it to be registered on the Procurement Portal.

2. NYnet 100 reserves the right not to enter into any agreement or award any contract as a result of this notice and to vary or change or not to proceed with this competition at any stage of the procurement process.
3. NYnet 100 shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by any economic operator responding to this notice.
4. If any Bidder considers that any information supplied by it is commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity as well as the duration of that sensitivity specified. Bidders should be aware that even where they have indicated that information is commercially sensitive, NYnet may be required to disclose it pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in response to a request where such disclosure is considered to be in the public interest. Please note that the receipt by NYnet 100 of any materials marked ‘confidential’ or equivalent shall not be taken to mean that NYnet accepts any duty of confidence by virtue of that marking.
