Sunderland College wishes to establish a framework agreement of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England for the academic year 2016/17. The framework agreement is divided into 5 lots and providers should clearly state which lot they are bidding for in their proposal. Providers can bid for individual or all lots.
Lot 1: 16-18 Apprenticeships;
Lot 2: 16-18 Class Based Study Programme;
Lot 3: Adult Apprenticeships;
Lot 4: Adult Class Based Community Based Pathway;
Lot 5: Adult Non-Accredited Learning.

The duration of the framework agreement shall be for 1 year commencing 1.8.2016, however the period of individual contracts placed under the framework will vary depending on the type of training required and current agreements which may be in place e.g. apprenticeships.
All contracts awarded under the terms of the Agreement must be fulfilled under funding requirements. The total approximate value of the contract for 2016/17 is 1 638 000 GBP (the approx. value of each lot is based on the previous year and is provided for guidance only).
This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Light Touch Regime (Schedule 3) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Details of the procurement process are provided in the Invitation to Tender document.
