A multi-provider framework agreement with up to 5 providers for the delivery of all, or part of, sports-related grant-funded programmes at times of high demand. It is anticipated that the framework will run be for a period 3 years with the option to extend for a further year.
As requirements for the delivery of programmes or parts of programmes arise, in order to select the provider, mini-competitions will be run between all those suppliers appointed to the framework.
