Description of the goods or services requiredThe Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a Contractor to provide an overnight collection, delivery and return service for Royal Warrants between The Scottish Parliament Building in Edinburgh and Buckingham Palace, London. Royal Warrants are legal documents relating to the royal assent of Bills or royal appointments made on the advice of the Parliament that require the signature of the Monarch. Once signed, warrants are irreplaceable, and therefore must be stored securely and must be transferred hand-to-hand and given the highest security at all times. |
