Business Growth Hub services are provided by GM Business Support Ltd; who are procuring a four year framework for the provision of specialist services and delivery of workshops utilising funding received from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Regional Growth Fund part of the City Deal initiative across a range of categories in order to support businesses to realise their growth potential. Over the life of the framework additional public funding may be secured which may also be transacted via these arrangements. Services will predominantly be required in Greater Manchester and the North West of England.
This Framework Agreement shall comprise nine lots as follows, and service providers may apply for as many or as few lots as they as wish;

It is intended that the Framework Agreement will run for four years subject to performance, and that individual contracts will be called off under the terms of the Framework Agreement subject to the individual requirements of Business Growth Hub.
Please note that whilst Business Growth Hub/ has estimated the volume of services to be provided through the Framework Agreement, Business Growth Hub can provide no guarantee of work to any applicant who is successful in winning a place on Framework Agreement. However it is the intention of Business Growth Hub that the capacity available through the resultant Framework Agreement will be reflective of the potential work available.

In the event of a group of organisations submitting an acceptable offer, it will be necessary for them to provide an undertaking that each company shall be jointly and severally responsible for the due performance of any frameworks and call-off contracts entered into with Business Growth Hub.

Accountable to the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership, the Business Growth Hub’s challenge is to ensure that companies across Greater Manchester reach their full potential and are able to access the right support and services to meet their needs. These include:
— Personal support to identify and address business growth opportunities and challenges;
— Business to business networking through growth lunches and specialist events;
— Expert growth advice and planning services, Growth Start-up, Mentoring, Digital Growth, and Access to Finance teams; and
— Access to a wealth of public and private sector business and professional partners with a range of specialist knowledge and skills including MAS (the Manufacturing Advisory Service), UKTI Trade and Investment, and Growth Accelerator plus a network of committed private providers who share our vision for supporting growth.
