The Demolition of Bonnyrigg Leisure Centre

Description of the goods or services required

Midlothian Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Demolition Contractors to demolish the existing Bonnyrigg Leisure Centre located at king George V Park Bonnyrigg. The works will include the demolition of the existing facility including the removal of all redundant services, the grubbing up of all foundations and under-buildings and removal of the materials arising off site leaving a level site upon completion. There is a likelihood of asbestos based materials being present in the existing building structure which will have to be removed by the successful contractor prior to the commencement of the demolition works.
