Description

The site in which the Grove Academy is located has recently had the adjacent Thames Valley University demolished. As part of the regeneration of Slough Town Centre, the site in its entirety is to be developed to provide leisure, commercial and residential units.

Under the PFI initiative, The Grove Academy school will be relocating to a purpose built building in Chalvey during the autumn of 2020. As such, once the school is vacated we propose to demolish the existing school structure to make way for the development of the land.

The school is a double storey building built circa 1975 and has an extensive car park and land adjacent to it. The entire site is approximately 4,000m2 and once demolished the site will be managed by our partners Slough Urban Renewal.
