Into Film is an organisation established by leading film education charities First Light and FILMCLUB to inspire young people aged 5-19 across the UK to learn through and about film. Into Film puts film at the heart of children and young people’s learning and cultural experience. Working with the education sector and film industry it delivers an ambitious and accessible ‘See, Think, Make. Imagine’ programme that seeks to make a step change in film learning for 5-19 year olds, encouraging and enabling watching, making and critical understanding on a scale never before seen in this country. Into Film works across the UK, and employs around 100 people in offices in London, Birmingham, Salford, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast. The performance of Into Film, and the evaluation of its activity, is carried out through the setting and monitoring of various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As such, any data that can be captured around Into Films impact in its target areas has significant value in determining the effectiveness of operations. Into Film wishes to deploy a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to enable the organisation to build a clear picture of its customers and meet the following high-level business requirements: – Provide a single, authoritative source of information regarding all entities with which Into Film has contact, including individuals, organisations, partners and industry bodies. – Establish contact and case management for Into Film staff, allowing teams and departments to maintain a clear view of incoming requests, and manage responses through to resolution. – Provide an overview of organisation, department and team activities through appropriate workflow, planning and scheduling – Consolidate the communications activity of the organisation, ensuring marketing and other communications are targeted, timely and relevant. – Allow Into Film to capture potential customers, whether individuals or organisations, and manage the development of those relationships.
