The University is seeking to enter into a Single Stage Design and Build Contract for the works.
The Social Sciences Department are looking to refurbish the existing Social Sciences building. Works to include new teaching facilities, academic offices, admin offices, common areas and new entrance. Existing building services are to be removed and replaced and a new lift to serve all floors to be installed.
The works will include for replacing existing windows and improving the fabric of the building.
