It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services:
1) Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options.
2) Design
3) The production of drawings and specifications
4) Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations
5) Contract administration including cost management
6) CDM co-ordinator role

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The University of Nottingham will incorporate a standstill period at the point when information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision including details of their submission relative to the winning bid. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
