As part of an ongoing programme to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, West Lothian Council are planning a number of solar photovoltaic installations on council owned operational buildings. For the next stage of our ongoing program of Solar PV installations, the Council is seeking to enter into a 2 year framework agreement for the full system design (including structural surveys, integration with existing electrical systems and network connection applications) and supply of all required materials and equipment to allow installation by our own MCS accredited team.
There are 10 buildings already identified within the current programme, with an expectation that this may be extended over the 2 year period.
