The developer is in the process of applying for funding through the European Regional Development Fund 2007-2013 ‘ERDF’ to assist with the development of four light industrial/warehouse units. It is anticipated that the final development will comprise floor area in the region of 3,716 m2 (40,000 sqft) – 7,432 m2 (80,000) and the contract sum will be in the region of 2,000,000 GBP – 3,800,000 GBP.
The works will be procured by way of a Design and Build Form of Contract.
The contract is expected to be awarded by August 2014.
