Deacon Knowsley has been successful in securing funding from the European Regional Development Fund (‘ERDF’). The aim of this the OJEU Restricted Procurement procedure is to select a single supplier for the design, build and construction of a new 10 219 m2 (110 000 sqft) speculative manufacturing/distribution unit together with services infrastructure and external areas. The anticipated value of the contract is 4.5m GBP.
