Design and Build contract for the construction of New Office and Production Facility and associated works. N.B. prospective tenderers are advised that the project has previously been tendered by an earlier developer and contractors Morgan Sindall had been the successful tenderer. The previous developer withdrew such that the tender did not proceed as a contract and as a result the Council is taking on the role of developer and funder and is intending to procure and deliver the project directly. The project had previously obtained Planning Permitted Development ref 06/15/0752/LDO.
