Wokingham Borough Council is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent D & B Contractor to design and construct a new secondary school and associated elements in conjunction with the Arborfield Strategic Development Location (SDL).The school will be planned to deliver up to 1500 places and will be constructed in phases. The Works will include detailed design and construction of the building and associated elements. The Employer’s Requirement documentation will include Planning Application submission information. It is anticipated that the Works will commence in Spring 2015 and the first phase of the Works will need to be completed by September 2016 ready for the first tranche Y7/8 intake for the new school.
