Bury Council is seeking a number of suitably qualified and experienced companies to be included in frameworks for the following lots:
— *Lot 1: Design services (a maximum of 3 companies will be invited to join the framework)
— Lot 2: Digital print (a maximum of 3 companies will be invited to join the framework).
— Lot 3: Litho print (low volume) (a maximum of 4 companies will be invited to join the framework)
— Lot 4: Litho print (high volume) (a maximum of 4 companies will be invited to join the framework).
— Lot 5: Large format print (a maximum of 4 companies will be invited to join the framework).
— Lot 6: Digital and online (a maximum of 4 companies will be invited to join the framework).
— Lot 7: Video and online presentation (a maximum of 3 companies will be invited to join the framework).
* It is envisaged that suppliers producing designs for a print requirement will procure that print via Bury Council’s framework of suppliers under Lots 2, 3, 4 or 5.
This Framework Agreement will be in place for an initial two year period commencing 1.8.2014 until 31.7.2016 , with two further options to extend for a further 12 months (subject to an annual review). Therefore, the maximum period for the framework is four years (with a commencement date of 1.8.2014 and an expiry date of 31.7.2018).
