Midlothian Council has recently been awarded funding trough the Schools for the future programme to redevelop two primary schools within its school estate. As a result of this award Midlothian Council are looking to appoint a design team to work with them in the development of these two projects. A separate single appointment will be made to appoint a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, CDM and Clerk of Works Consultant for the projects. The definition of both projects will be subject to Community consultation and the successful design team will be expected to engage in the consultation process to develop solutions which meet the needs of the communities for each project.
