Description of the contract
The aim of the project is to develop a web based tool kit to help individuals and advisers to hold Scottish public authorities to account in relation to their public sector equality duties. This would mainly comprise of style letters on PSED issues that individuals could download from the Commission’s website and use to enquire about or challenge how public bodies have met their various obligations under the PSED specific duties to ensure better compliance with the general duty.
