Developing Digital and Creative Industry Business will deliver an innovative private sector intervention to support and spread innovation in digital businesses, that will assist their growth. Developing Digital and Creative Industry Business will provide support for businesses that will include:
— A digital diagnostic and audit
— Training needs analysis to assess and capacity of staff in target SMEs
— Skills assessment and gap analysis of the Senior Management Team and staffing structure
— System analysis of the current digital platform and it capacity for growth
— Development of a ‘Growth Plan’ identifying products and services, potential markets and the growth potential within the business, with milestones, support structures and mechanisms identified
This will delivered by:
— Business advisors in the digital creative industry sector
— Seminars and workshops led by digital business champions
— Networking events and conferences, including presentations and access to market leaders and technical expertise
