Description of the contract

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to procure a Development Consultant to support the Council’s consultant teams on each of the following four estate regeneration schemes: • Bridge House (phase 2) and Marian Court (phase 3) • Tower Court • Frampton Arms and Lyttelton House • Aikin Court The Development Consultant will be expected to provide comprehensive and integrated development consultancy advice with a focus on adding value to the redevelopment of the four schemes. The key components of the required Development Consultancy Advice are: • Advice to ensure optimum design proposals • Pricing and market appraisals • Advice on draft PQQs ITTs and supporting documents, advice on terms of proposed Development Agreements, and appraisal of bids received. The contract duration shall commence early November 2013 and end in April 2015.
