East Midlands Housing Group and Futures Housing Group, two regional social housing providers, seek to engage with a number of consultants in the following categories to carry out services in connection with development and new build projects in Social Housing: Employers Agent, Purchasing Agent,Clerk of Works, CDM Coordination, Sustainability Consultancy. Applicants must register at http://plan2do.supplierselect.com/rfp/. You will be asked to create an account and then register interest in this project. The PQQ and following ITT will be managed entirely through this system. The framework agreement is for 4 years and has an estimated value of 2 500 000 GBP. Please note this estimate is based on currently available information and provided in good faith. the final value of the framework may vary and carries no guarantee of business for any specific framework partner. Specific projects will be awarded through the value for money criteria set out in the tender or through mini-competitions to be held amongst framework partners. Framework Partners (successful bidders) will contract directly with companies of East Midlands Housing Group and Futures Housing Group using this framework. Other Housing Associations may join the framework.
