Description of the goods or services required

We are looking for a supplier to work collaboratively with NHS Scotland knowledge services staff to design and develop learning materials associated with a series of six modules which are mapped to the network’s Capability Framework. In addition to the design and development of the learning materials the supplier will be required to provide professional advice and guidance regarding a variety of aspects relevant to the modules including:

<> delivery of the modules to a variety of staff with differing levels of “prior learning”.

<> how best to present the module content.

<> appropriate measures/ activities to confirm the effectiveness of the learning. <<<>>>

It is a key requirement that the activities associated with the modules are workbased and very practical. Although the majority of the modules will be aimed at postgraduate level it is not a highly academic course we are requiring.
