Description of the contract

To provide an interactive database of public funding opportunities in the field of low carbon energy. The database should enable interested parties to both search for funding opportunities according to a range of attributes and place notifications of interest, partner or technology requests, and technology/expertise offers. The ability to use profiling, trend analysis and customised user interface should also be addressed. The database must be seamlessly accessible from the existing Technology Strategy Board _connect platform and must carry the appropriate branding.

Completed tender submission must be returned by post to the Energy Generation & Supply KTN, address given at the top of this advertisement, by 24 February 2012. We require 2 hard copies (one of which must be signed). Electronic versions of your bids are to be sent to Bidders will be notified of the outcome in the week commencing 27 February 2012. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a kick-off meeting taking place on Thursday, 1 March 2012. Project completion is required by 31 March 2012.
