Description of the goods or services required

Skills Development Scotland (SDS) would like to appoint a supplier to produce a series of Regional Skills Assessments (RSAs) for 7 Regions across Scotland. The purpose of the RSAs is to provide a clear, shared and agreed evidence base on which national and local partners can make informed decisions, and reach agreement on skills investment on a regional basis.

The purpose of the RSAs is to provide a single, shared and agreed narrative of the current and likely skills challenges on a regional basis for the 7 regions identified.

Minimum Standards and qualification required.

Part A of the ITT specifies minimum standards that are pass/fail. All bids received shall be evaluated for Part A. Failure to pass any of the minimum standards, or failure to provide any of the information requested in Part A, will result in your bid being disqualified and Part B of the ITT shall not be evaluated.
