Suitably qualified and experienced organisations who can demonstrate significant experience in the delivery of services and solutions across a broad range of data and voice networks are invited to tender for the contract for the Development Support and Maintenance of the Councils Data and Voice Network Technologies.
The contract will be divided into 2 Lots:
Lot 1 – Data Network Technologies:
— Support and maintenance of network technologies hardware and associated software, covered by a range of service levels;
— Supply of network technologies hardware and associated software;
— Network technologies implementation and project management services;
— Ad-hoc network technologies specialist technical advice.
Lot 2 – Voice Network Technologies (IP-PBX/Unified Communications):
— Support and maintenance of IP-PBX/Unified Communications hardware and associated software, covered by a range of service levels;
— Supply of IP-PBX/Unified Communications hardware and associated software;
— IP-PBX/Unified Communications implementation and project management services;
— Ad-hoc IP-PBX/Unified Communications specialist technical advice.
