The Welsh Government Social Research and Information Division (SRID) would like to procure an evaluation of the implementation of the Learning in Digital Wales Programme (LiDWP) on behalf of the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).
The LiDWP comprises a number of strands of activity in two work-streams;
Work-stream 1 — Digital Learning
Work-stream 2 — Digital Delivery which comprises 2 elements — the Learning in Digital Wales (Infrastructure) Grant and the Learning in Digital Wales CPD Grant.
This evaluation has the following aims:
To evaluate how the LiDW Programme was implemented;
To evaluate whether the different strands of the LiDW Programme are meeting or have met their objectives; and
To identify any emerging impacts that the LiDW Programme is having on classroom practice for both teachers and learners.
