Coventry University has launched the digital teaching and learning programme and are now seeking to engage a suitable transformation partner. This large-scale transformation programme will modernise the entire education technology (EdTech) landscape consumed by both academics and students. Across these areas the programme and partner will transform how services are supported and delivered through a development and design phase, delivered by analysing and designing a roadmap of change, focused on process effectiveness, cost efficiency, quality of systems, organisational design and the key skills and capabilities required of its users and facilitators.

Coventry University has launched the digital teaching and learning programme and are now seeking to engage a suitable transformation partner. This large-scale transformation programme will modernise the entire education technology (EdTech) landscape consumed by both academics and students. Across these areas the programme and partner will transform how services are supported and delivered through a development and design phase, delivered by analysing and designing a roadmap of change, focused on process effectiveness, cost efficiency, quality of systems, organisational design and the key skills and capabilities required of its users and facilitators. In addition, the successful transformation partner will bring with it and will lead the implementation, configuration and support of a social learning platform that will sit at the core of our EdTech ecosystem, scaling for production readiness in year 1 before delivering a full rollout against an agreed roadmap of change in year 2. The primary goal of the digital teaching and learning programme is to transform the delivery of students’ digital learning environment across the Coventry University.
