Description of the contract

DECC are looking for a Potential Provider to co-locate and facilitate a series of workshops/ focus groups. The series aim to inform a better understanding of Digital and include, but are not limited to: • Facilitating staff engagement with Digital • Evaluation of the impact of introducing new Digital technologies and methodology. • Developing stimulus materials that will aid discussion and structure during the workshop/focus groups. • Design the format of the workshops including timing, pre workshop preparation. Propose number of workshops and optimal people in each workshop. Facilitate workshops/focus groups. • Report on the findings and recommendations such as: o identifying which services can be joined-up to provide a better offer and/or improve service efficiency based around citizens and businesses’ needs. o Identifying the challenges and barriers in channel shifting services to meet DbD Standards. https://www.gov.uk/service-manual o Suggested steps and owners to achieve joining-up services and channel shift. • Encouraging research into aspects Digital. • Advising on the use of Digital
