Description of the contract

The Authority requires a supplier to install a digital communications tool on an individual office basis to provide live data / visual content to staff via screens located throughout each office. 1.1 The screens would provide an engaging visual tool to communicate key messages and data (like a virtual notice board): 1.1.1 On the fly performance data / work in progress / targets 1.1.2 Key messages for staff – inc exchange content 1.1.3 Forthcoming business change 1.1.4 Staff engagement communications – staff survey results / actions 1.1.5 Routine data – visitors to the office / weather / 1.1.6 Terrestrial TV hourly news feed content 1.1.7 Rolling RSS feeds This requirement is being run via three lots based on the three geographical sites of the offices (London, Newport, Belfast). Potential providers are invited to bid for one or more lots. Prior to bidding, potential providers are required to attend site visits. Details of which can be found in the Invitation to Tender. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage. Government Procurement Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on Thursday 15th August 2013 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date. The deadline date for submission of proposals will be Tuesday 3rd September 16:00PM.
